I've spent 18 years leading product and engineering teams, focusing on shaping and bringing direction to areas that are underserved, and subsequently maturing them into measuring impact, streamlining ways of working, and speeding up delivery.

That's taken me from Klarna to Spotify, where I led mobile platform and developer experience for over 100 product teams, to Volvo Cars, where I ran a global developer platform organization across Sweden, India, and China serving 5,000+ engineers. Along the way I've coached product leaders at scale-ups and public sector organizations, helped teams move from being stuck in endless discovery to actually shipping things.
